Founder and Director

As Founder and Director of Compliance Chain, Robbie drives the vision to transform compliance, procurement, and project delivery in the built environment sector. Drawing on his background in principal contracting, he recognised the need for more transparent and accountable processes, establishing Compliance Chain to address this challenge.

Under his leadership, the platform has expanded rapidly, supporting projects across both public and private sectors. In addition to streamlining compliance and supply chain management, Robbie is passionate about advancing social value, ensuring investment in construction delivers lasting benefits for businesses and communities.

His focus on innovation and measurable outcomes has positioned Compliance Chin as a trusted partner while reinforcing his commitment to driving positive change across the industry.

Chairman

David is Chairman of Compliance Chain and a seasoned cyber security entrepreneur with over 30 years’ experience. Having founded and grown his own cyber security business, which was later acquired by a global FTSE-listed company, he brings extensive board-level expertise across public and private sectors, helping guide Compliance Chain’s long-term strategy, governance and innovation.

Chief Operating Officer

Adam serves as Chief Operating Officer at Compliance Chain, leading operational strategy and organisational performance to support the company’s long-term growth. He ensures alignment across teams, partners and processes, driving efficiency, governance and industry leadership while strengthening the structured solutions that raise standards and deliver lasting value across the built environment.

Kate Wimpenny

Chief Finance Officer

Kate is Chief Finance Officer at Compliance Chain and a chartered accountant with more than 30 years of experience. Having held senior finance leadership roles across regulated and growth-focused organisations, she brings extensive expertise in financial governance, strategic planning and business growth, supporting Compliance Chain’s success and sustainability.

Head of Product

Beth leads Compliance Chain’s Product team, driving the strategy and development of solutions that evolve alongside industry requirements. Working closely with clients, partners and internal teams, she ensures new features and enhancements deliver meaningful value. NEBOSH-qualified in Construction Health and Safety, Beth combines technical expertise with product insight to support innovation and client success.

Luke Spooner

Head of Compliance

As Head of Compliance, Luke ensures Compliance Chain operates to the highest industry standards. He leads supplier vetting, regulatory compliance and internal systems management, providing clear and practical guidance to clients and colleagues. Holding NEBOSH Construction and Lead Auditor certifications, Luke combines technical expertise with proactive risk management to strengthen assurance and continuous improvement.

Hayleigh Bissette

Head of Marketing

Hayleigh leads Compliance Chain’s Marketing function, overseeing communications, campaigns and content to ensure the company’s message is clear, credible and aligned with its mission. With a strong focus on brand positioning and thought leadership, she drives initiatives that support business growth, strengthen industry presence and reinforce Compliance Chain’s authoritative voice.

Nargiza Valiyeva

Head of Development

As Head of Development, Nargiza leads the technical evolution of Compliance Chain’s platform, focusing on scalability, security and performance. She oversees architecture and engineering strategy while contributing hands-on expertise across development and code review. Working closely with product and design teams, she ensures complex requirements are translated into intuitive, high-performing solutions.

Stephanie Smith

Head of Finance

Steph leads Compliance Chain’s finance and HR, helping to drive the organisation’s continued growth and success. Overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, employee wellbeing and events, she ensures the business runs efficiently while fostering team engagement, company culture and initiatives that support a positive and high-performing workplace.
