Supply Chain Management
We are pleased to announce the launch of Supply Chain Management (SCM), a redesigned and enhanced experience for managing supplier relationships within Compliance Chain.
The new SCM solution replaces the existing Suppliers area and introduces four key sections: My Dashboard, Search Suppliers, My Supply Chain, and My Groups. Together, these provide clearer insights, improved navigation, and more powerful tools to support effective supply chain management.
My Dashboard
The new My Dashboard provides a complete overview of your supply chain in a single view. It offers improved visibility across key metrics and supports better decision-making through visual insights.
Key features include:
- Overview of total suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, verified, expiring, and expired suppliers.
- An interactive map showing supplier locations across your supply chain.
- A visual breakdown of verified versus invited suppliers.
- A “Top Performing Suppliers” list to help identify key partners quickly.
This redesigned dashboard gives users instant access to the data that matters most, helping maintain compliance and build stronger supplier networks.
Search Suppliers
The Search Suppliers section has been fully rebuilt to make supplier discovery faster, more flexible, and more informative.
Key enhancements include:
- Three viewing modes: list, card, and map, allowing users to browse suppliers in the format they prefer.
- New filters for region, company category, membership level, compliance status, and turnover range, enabling more targeted searches.
- The ability to add suppliers directly to your supply chain with a single click.
- Clear visibility of each supplier’s membership level and compliance status, including Gold Members assessed against the Common Assessment Standard.
- A modernised interface with improved performance and responsiveness.
Suppliers previously approved under the former system automatically appear in your new My Supply Chain tab, ensuring continuity and a smooth transition.
My Supply Chain
The My Supply Chain section has been redesigned to provide clearer data, greater flexibility, and more intuitive management tools.
Key enhancements include:
- New list, card, and map views for tailored supplier management.
- The ability to mark and filter Preferred Suppliers, giving quicker access to trusted partners.
- Visibility of Invited Suppliers, showing those who have been invited to join the platform.
- Retention of existing functionality such as supplier ratings, project activity, and performance details, now presented in a refreshed, streamlined layout.
This update combines familiar insights with new features designed to make supplier management more efficient and effective.
My Groups
My Groups is an entirely new section within SCM, allowing users to organise and manage their supply chain in a structured way.
Key features include:
- Create and manage custom supplier groups based on discipline, region, or any other criteria.
- Quick Add functionality to instantly add suppliers from your existing supply chain.
- Quick View sidebar for instant visibility into group details without leaving the page.
- Display of creation and edit dates to provide a clear audit trail for transparency and traceability.
With My Groups, users can categorise suppliers to suit their workflows, improving organisation and oversight across large or complex supply chains.
New Company Categories
We have introduced a completely new Company Categories structure to make supplier discovery and filtering more accurate and relevant.
What’s new:
- Buyers can now filter suppliers by specific, updated business categories within Search Suppliers and My Supply Chain.
- The new structure provides a more consistent, industry-aligned approach to categorisation, improving search precision and reporting.
- When suppliers register, they will be prompted to select the categories that best describe their business.
- Existing suppliers will be guided to review and update their categories the next time they access the platform.
These updates ensure that supplier information is more relevant, detailed, and aligned with buyer requirements.
What Changes for Users
For Buyers:
Buyers now have access to the new Supply Chain Management module, which includes all four sections: My Dashboard, Search Suppliers, My Supply Chain, and My Groups.
For Suppliers:
Suppliers will now see a new Supply Chain Management tab in their left-hand menu, providing access only to Search Suppliers.
Projects Portal
We’ve introduced a series of enhancements to the Projects Portal, giving suppliers greater flexibility, improved filtering options, and a smoother browsing experience when exploring available projects.
These updates are designed to make it easier for users to find and manage projects that best match their business needs.
Enhanced Viewing Options
The Projects Portal now offers multiple ways to view projects, allowing users to choose the layout that best suits their preferences.
Key features include:
- List, card, and map views, providing more flexibility in how projects are displayed.
- The new map view offers a visual overview of project locations, making it easier to identify opportunities by area.
These updates create a more dynamic and user-friendly way to explore active projects.
Smart Filtering
We have introduced smart filtering to make navigation more seamless. Users can now open and close project details without losing their selected filters.
This improvement responds directly to user feedback and ensures a more consistent and efficient experience when browsing multiple projects.
Advanced Filter Controls
New filter options have been added to give users a more tailored and precise search experience.
Enhancements include:
- Minimum and maximum project value filters, allowing users to define a specific project value range.
- A Distance in miles filter, which enables users to search for projects within a chosen radius from a specified postcode.
These controls provide a more focused and refined way to identify projects relevant to each supplier’s size, location, and capabilities.
February '25 Updates

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving efficiency for our members, we’re now able to support you in certifying against the Common Assessment Standard (CAS).
With the UK government confirming that CAS will continue to be the preferred pre-qualification questionnaire for public sector works contracts, we’re here to support both buyers and suppliers with 48 hour verification and reporting for ongoing compliance.

Build UK Update
We’re now a recognised assessment body for Build UK’s Common Assessment Standard. Our supplier verification processes are now aligned with the industry’s best practice. This means greater confidence in the quality and compliance of your suppliers.
Project opportunities portal
Suppliers now have access to over two thousand extra opportunities, making the Project Opportunities feature a central hub for private and public sector procurement opportunities.
Social Value evidence
Easily track and manage your social value measures with greater accuracy. Our improved data entry lets you upload evidence, add notes, and review audit Logs for each new entry, eliminating manual aggregation.

Our enhanced filtering options help you make more informed decisions when monitoring your supply chain partners.
Updates for Suppliers
Build UK Update
We’ve updated our compliance standards in line with CAS, which is the preferred pre-qualification method for public sector contracts. We offer the most comprehensive membership, while supporting you to avoid duplication, reduce costs and provide the tools to win more work.

We’re bringing new opportunities to you. Our Gold Members now have the benefit of using the opportunities portal to search and find upcoming projects across the UK.

Introducing SSIP Assessments and Accreditation
We are thrilled to announce the addition of SSIP! If you are a contractor or principal contractor with silver-level membership or higher, you can now access this feature to verify your adherence to health and safety standards.
Streamlined 'Add New Measure' Search Functionality
Filter and view measures across all social value themes with our new ‘All’ filter option in the ‘Add New Measure’ section of the Commitments tab, providing a more streamlined and comprehensive search experience.
Updated Logos for Membership Certificates
We’ve refreshed the shareable logos available on our membership certificates, providing a more polished and professional appearance for members.
Expanded Notes Functionality
We have expanded the functionality of adding notes to Social Value Measures within our platform. Previously limited to locked social value plans, users can now utilise the notes function even when their plans are unlocked.
Attach Tags To Your Supply Chain
Add, edit, and delete tags for suppliers on supply chain cards. Filter supply chain cards by tags in “My Supply Chain,” enhancing your ability to find suppliers based on specific criteria.
We now offer Modern Slavery Assessments
You can now obtain a Modern Slavery Assessment in partnership with Align Ltd. Proactively address and mitigate risks related to modern slavery within your supply chain.
Improved 'Add New Measure' interface
Make better decisions by presenting key details of the measure at a glance. We’ve enhanced the ‘Add New Measure’ functionality in the Social Value Management section to show proxy values alongside the measure name and theme.
Automatic Efficient Navigation
When a single measure is added to the plan in the Social Value Commitments tab, the system now automatically navigates to the specific theme where the new measure is located.

Introducing Creditsafe API
No need for a separate Creditsafe subscription: We have now changed from Experian to Creditsafe. Their API, which is now live for our Buyer users, allows you to view financial information about suppliers.
New Contact Us Form
There is now a new ‘Contact Us’ form where a user can ask questions regarding their membership or request platform support.
Shared Projects Filter
New filter added to ‘My Projects Area’ lets buyers toggle between shared projects and their own projects.
