Beth supports users to optimise solutions, ensuring the success of clients’ projects. She actively listens to industry feedback, contributing to the ongoing development of Compliance Chain’s software solutions.
With 6 years industry experience in construction, Beth has served as a Sustainability Support Manager, collaborating with stakeholders in the Built Environment sector. With her expertise, Beth advised architects, contractors, surveyors, developers, and construction companies to ensure compliance with building regulations and local authorities’ requirements.
Beth holds a NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK) qualification, equipping her with technical knowledge to advise clients on health and safety management.
Ryan Lowndes
TECHNICAL COORDINATOR
As a Technical Coordinator Ryan’s primary responsibilities involve building reports, analysing data and overseeing the development of the platform.
With a background in project management, Ryan brings a strong foundation in optimising workflows, coordinating tasks and ensuring the seamless integration of new features and updates within the Compliance Chain platform.
Ryan specialises in project management, data analysis and communication, regularly liaising with stakeholders and clients in the construction industry to convey technical concepts and project updates clearly and concisely.
With seven years of experience in the construction industry, delivers technical solutions effectively within the construction sector.
Luke Spooner
COMPLIANCE MANAGER
Luke Spooner, as Compliance Chain’s Supply Chain Coordinator, is pivotal in overseeing the functionality of our Supplier Solution function.
His role involves deep engagement with clients to fully grasp and meet their requirements, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and direct support.
With a strong background in compliance within the construction sector, Luke’s proficiency extends to managing and analysing internal compliance systems.
His IOSH Managing Safely qualification, combined with over six years of industry experience, demonstrates his capability in handling complex challenges, marked by exceptional organisational skills and clear communication.
Chris Morris

Chris plays a pivotal role in our team, leveraging his expertise and experience to build strong, lasting relationships with our clients while ensuring they maximise the value of our construction software platform.
His dedication to understanding each client’s unique needs allows him to tailor his approach, fostering trust and collaboration. By actively listening to construction contractors and suppliers frustrations and needs, Chris provides effective, customised solutions that address their specific challenges. With 12 years experience in Social Value, Lizz Lee focuses on the development, user experience and processes featured within Compliance Chain to ensure Social Value Planning, Programming, Capture and Comprehensive Case Study reporting is easy for all users.
Having started her career in Stakeholder Engagement within Social Housing over a decade ago, Lizz later moved into Bid Management for a Multi-disciplinary organisation servicing New Build, PPM, FM, Material Supplier, Waste Management and Access Equipment Bids, later leading the successful Bid Management and Marketing function for an SME M&E Contractor.
Lizz specialises in Tender Management, Social Value Insight and Consultancy for Private/Public Sector.
Emily Hardy
MARKETING MANAGER
As Head of Marketing, Emily manages and coordinates all internal and external communications for Compliance Chain, ensuring all comms align with Compliance Chain’s mission and vision.
The Marketing team delivers campaigns, strategies and tactics that represent the platform members and showcase Compliance Chain’s tailored construction software solutions.
Emily has a BA Hons in Marketing and 2 years’ experience coordinating marketing activities for the construction industry, and over 6 years’ experience in marketing and communications.
Emily’s core specialisms include strategic planning, teamwork and project management that is implemented across the Compliance Chain.
Conor Neild Crabb
HEAD OF STRATEGY
Conor Neild-Crabb, the Head of Strategy at Black Capital Group, brings over 7 years of comprehensive expertise to the forefront of procurement.
Conor commenced his professional journey with a 3-year tenure as a Marketing Assistant at a regional contractor, followed by three years working in Marketing and Key Account Management for Procure Partnerships Framework before ascending to his current position as Head of Strategy for Black Capital Group.
In Conor’s 8 years in the industry, he has emerged as an expert in procurement, deciphering main contractor/consultant procurement intricacies, assessing competitor offerings, and steering special projects and new product development and insights for Compliance Chain.
Stephanie Smith
FINANCE AND SUPPORT MANAGER
Stephanie Smith is a seasoned Finance Manager at Compliance Chain, boasting over 20 years of professional experience.
Within the last four years at the company, she has specialised in extensive diary management, ensuring efficient scheduling and organisation.
Her expertise also extends to meticulous research and reporting, which supports strategic financial planning and operations.
Additionally, Stephanie oversees office and in person and online events management, payroll, logistics, travel and HR functions.
Her comprehensive skill set ensures smooth operational workflows, contributing significantly to Compliance Chain’s administrative and financial efficiency.
