The impact score is well above the 80-point threshold required for certification, which reflects Compliance Chain’s commitment to responsible business standards.
The certification process reviewed the organisation’s entire structure, from governance and compliance, to how we support our people, the planet, and our clients.
The announcement comes at a time when social value continues to play an increasingly important role in procurement and the way organisations operate. Legislative and policy changes, including the Procurement Act 2023 and the Social Value Model (PPN 002), have reinforced the expectation that organisations move beyond simply making commitments and instead demonstrate measurable, evidenced, and auditable social value outcomes throughout contract delivery.
Compliance Chain has positioned itself at the forefront of this evolution through its Social Value Management software, which is independently accredited by Social Value International and aligned with the internationally recognised Principles of Social Value. This provides clients with a robust, transparent, and evidence-based approach to planning, monitoring, measuring, and reporting social value throughout the lifecycle of a contract.
The latest Annual Social Value Report highlights more than £248 million of social value generated through the platform, with projects in many cases, exceeding the Government’s 10% social value minimum requirement for public sector procurement.
The report also demonstrates the software’s ability to capture impact that is being created, providing fully transparent and auditable monetary valuations across a wide range of social value measures, covering employability, responsible business, community wellbeing, and environmental initiatives. This enables clients to evidence the real impact of their investment while maintaining confidence in the integrity, consistency, and assurance of reported outcomes.
